Rooms were nice and clean, staff were all very good, breakfast was very nice. pool area was comfortable with good service. attached to the hotel was a littel shopping area with a bank, saloon, shop and others. i will go there again if I return to Cairo

Friendly staff - they even gave us a free upgrade and early check-in. The rooms were nice and spacious with good air conditioning and decent sound proofing from the loud traffic outside. The beds were comfortable. The restaurants in the hotel were very nice.

Location, room and amenities, breakfast buffet were all very good. Loved our stay. Staff was helpful and they gave us a good room and kept us in the same room when we started the land portion of our cruise. They had very good security measures in place.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent service. The rooms were very nice and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. I am obsessed with the gym/fitness center. Lots of great machines, barbells, various strength training equipment and plenty of cardio machines. There was a room for fitness classes (it was empty when I visited so I stretched peacefully in there). Also, there were trainers wandering around helping out. The place was clean and modern and a good temperature. Also, who doesn’t love the idea of working out with a view of the Nile?? Oh, and it’s open 24 hours! I am super pleased with the facilities.

I checked into the Sheraton on the 14th of August and checked out on the 1st of September. Since I’m staying in a hotel alone in a country I don’t know very well, I thought the Sheraton would be one of my top options. I had an extremely pleasant stay at the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is their staff, they would go above and beyond to help you with anything you need, “no” is not in their vocabulary. I had access to the club level and the receptionists at the club, Myriam, Raghda, Mai, and Marian would always make sure that I am enjoying my stay, Myriam would even call my room to see if I need anything. As for the wait staff in the club level, they are some of the best wait staff I’ve seen. Bilal, Mahmoud, Suzanne, Ayman, Jamal, Sameh, Mahammed, and Nirvana even started knowing my likes and dislikes only after a couple of days. The gentleman who cleans the club level always does it proficiently and quietly. He's always on top of cleaning without disturbing anyone, a true professional! As for room service, food will always come in promptly and fresh, Khalid from room service will also make sure to bring me a complementary plate of fruits and sweets, and he always has the brightest smile on his face, he would always make sure to set the table and chair before leaving, something i haven'tseen in other hotels. Room cleaning is also impeccable. Hajar cleans my room everyday and she makes sure that she brings me the XL towels I like, and she even knew where I liked my personal belongings without me even having to say a word. The observation skills and attentiveness of the staff is high level. The hotel also has an in-house car service, Mustafa, the gentleman running the service, always accommodated my needs professionally and promptly. There is a nice little Café at the ground level, and Habiba, the lady who works there, always greets me with the brightest smile whether I buy something or not. Even their phone operators are the friendliest I’ve seen.

Every aspect of of my stay was better than expected. I arrived around 3am in Cairo and was very tired, but the reception I received upon checking in cheered me up. The entire staff is wonderful. It was too late to eat out so I ordered room service. The service was fast and the food excellent. Since I had a tour scheduled every day that I was in Egypt, I would arrive back in Cairo late every night. So I depended on late night room service dinners. I wish I could have used more of the hotel's facilities, such as the pool and 24 hour fitness center, but my time in Cairo was short and the hotel is huge. I did use the in house bank for currency exchange, which was very convenient and the exchange rate was great. The room was great with a balcony larger than many Paris hotel rooms. The hotel was renovated in 2017 and so looks very new and clean. This was a great hotel. Cairo was on my bucket list. I urge more world travelers to come to Cairo. And to stay at the Cairo Sheraton Hotel and Casino.

The room was very good and was cleaned to a good standard. We were given club lounge access on the 26th floor, which was v.good. The service was extremely good and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast had good choices and nothing was too much trouble.

I spend hours reviewing before booking a hotel. so if you are like me definitely choose this one. We spend 3 nights here and everything was perfect. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We are celebrating our anniversary and they welcomed us with a very nice chocolate cake in our room, also gave us a nice upgrade with Nile View. We came late at night and order some dinner around 11PM, and food got there very quick. Also, we had trips the whole day and wanted to have breakfast before leaving for our day in Egypt. So the night before we ordered breakfast for the next morning. Breakfast was on time everyday. ( We tried America breakfast set, omelet and pancakes, strawberry and mango juice) everything was good. We also tried Gianninis Italian restaurant, food and drinks where very good. The Staff when you enter the hotel are very friendly. check in and check out process very smoothly. They also have a bank 24 hours and ATMS. Which where very helpful to change money.

My start was with the perfect receptionist Esmail sayed He was so gentle, helpful , cooperative &kind with his nice smile . The room services were perfect with a fast response , all the staff their were nice & kind . I'll highly recommend Sherston to my friends & family. Definitely, I'll choose it again on my next trip.. Thanks for everything. It was our pleasure too.

My stay has been very comfortable and delightful. The hotel staff at the club lounge, house keeping, registration desk, breakfast area & concierge were very hospitable and cooperative in terms of any requirement or modification in itinerary.
